Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

All jewellery is made to order and produced only after an order has been placed.

As the items are made specifically upon request, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with the rules regarding goods made to the

consumer’s specifications.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us promptly.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Returns

As the jewellery is made to order, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect.

Return of items may only take place following prior agreement.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without home delivery.

Complaints

When purchasing as a consumer, you are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

You have a 24-month right to make a complaint regarding defects. The right to complain applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. Please contact us at butik@g-ring.dk before returning any item.
